Socio Economic Aspects Influencing the Formation of Low-Cost Housing Architecture after Iran's Islamic Revolution

Abstract
housing sector can be considered one of the most important parts of development in a society. In addition, the most important influencing factor in a person’s level of satisfaction with living in an area is housing and its environmental conditions. Affordable housing was used globally as one of the international models after World War II, and its purpose is to create affordable housing for low-income social classes. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the economic and social aspects of cheap housing after the Islamic Revolution period from 1979 until now. The method of collecting information is a documentary and library method. The research method of the current research is analytical and practical in purpose. In addition to that, it can also be mentioned that it is a developmental type. The method of collecting information is a documentary and library method. In this research, the main concepts such as housing, low-cost housing, low-cost residential architecture, as well as the economic and social aspects of housing are discussed, and the concavity of the concepts is discussed using the content analysis method and using the research framework and parallel surveys. Finally, after summarizing the main materials, the economic and social aspects can be examined in the period after the Islamic Revolution and the specific results can be explained.
