International Journal of Urban Management and Energy Sustainability (IJUMES) is an interdisciplinary semiannual peer reviewed publication, which publishes of original research papers, review papers, case reports and short communications. IJUMES is covering the subjects of urban management and planning as energy sustainable development. In recent years, an increase in urban management problems in many countries has led to a crisis in urban planning and management. The increasing urbanization of the world coupled with the issues of environmental pollution, resource shortages and economic restructuring demand that a lot of effort will be required in order to make our cities sustainable. Moreover, problems of sustainable planning and management are not restricted to urban areas, since rural areas face serious management challenges. The IJUMES journal published quarterly. Each issue is available both online and in print format. IJUNMES is also licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC- By 4.0). Licensees may copy, distribute, display and make derivative works only if they cite the original published JUMES article.
